It’s our last Sunday with Steve and Jean before they leave for Tucson and a new calling. Please stay and enjoy a potluck lunch with them, even if you are here for the first time.
----------
Thanks to everyone who helped out throughout the end of last week and yesterday with our huge rummage sale. Between everyone who donated items, to those who helped move them around, price them and finally sell them on Saturday, we got a great job done.
---------
Tuesday is Youth Group at 6 PM in Gossard Hall. All Middle School and High School youth are cordially welcomed to join in the fun. Food is always part of the fun.
-------
On Wednesday join us for mid-week Taize’ worship at 6:30 PM for some quiet space in your busy week. It lasts about 30 minutes. Come check it out.
---------
On the table you will find a donation jar that needs to be filled. St. David’s, like any other parish, has committed to support our Postulant Kathalin Walker as she work toward her goal of ordination. It’s a long and costly process. Help us keep her going forward on a godly path.
---------
If you are wondering what will happen once Steve+ and Jean leave, we do have a schedule, shown below, through the end of October for visiting clergy who will keep us going. In the meantime, the Diocese is moving forward on finding an Interim Rector who would be here until a new Rector is chosen.
Schedule for Visiting Clergy:

September 5 - Kathalin Walker - Morning Prayer.
September 12 - The Rev. Canon Mary June Nestler
September 19, 26 - The Reverend Dr. Lee Montgomery
October 3, 10, 17, 24 - The Reverend Dr. Lee Montgomery
October 31 - The Rev. Canon Mary June Nestler.
